*Maintain a blog that should be updated once a week
     Why? Blogs are a way for clients to get to know their
     Mistress better before they ever even pick up the phone
     to call. The blog will be hosted on the company server
     and you  will have a variety of themes to choose from.

If you need any help with any of these things, I am always available by phone or IM. While each and every Independent Contractor must succeed on their own, we are all individually only as good as the whole, and that is why I am so insistant on Quality of Service to the Clients.

All IC's receive 100% of their tips and tributes, none is kept or held back or shared with anyone else. After all, you earned it, your client wanted you to have it, so that is what happens.

The pay rate will be discussed during your interview.

You can also host your own sales on calls. While I recommend you do not do so on Your Financial Dommes or on Religious Domination, it is a perfect tool for The Mistresses Elite and Sissy Place. This is great way to attract new clients to yourself, and to reward your regulars.
